Tyger picked up his daughter, making sure the doll came with her. "Maybe after we, uhm, we get home I'll look for Alyssa, Yes? Perhaps I'll start with t-the Blue Meadow." He said, referring to the area they were in now. Since she was a virus, most people knew Tyger was just looking for a "ghost" of sorts. No one quite had the heart to tell him though.
"Or, m-maybe I'll just try f-five times as hard to write research notes..." He said, looking down at his daughter. "Where do we live again, dear..?" It seemed he had normal intelligence, but increase anxiety, paranoia, and forgetfulness. His intelligent side is just pushed away or covered up by the stress of losing his wife.
Perhaps, if someone did have the resources and time to work with him, he could sort his mind out. Until the day that happened, his intelligence would be jumbled by his anxiety and stress. He would continue stuttering and have a worried pitch of tone. He would remain looking reserved, awkward, and paranoid as well as stressed.
There probably was a really simple solution, but it was true. No one really did have the time to cooperate with someone like him. "You get your brain from me and A-Ally, little one." He said, holding Rosie close to him.
"I... I seem to have a slight... Wave of jumbled thoughts..." He said, nodding in agreement with himself "T-Think of those... Radio waves... And they're alllllllll tangled up, and you can-cannot understand the channel you're on..." Tyger continued, trying to express how he thought sometimes. "It's like... A traffic jam, if we still have traffic, that is..."
It seemed to be the first intelligent thing he's said this entire time, which showed hope, but not much granted he was still stuttering. It would probably take countless hours of sessions with people to sort out his problem, or it would take his wife herself to return. Rosie did calm him most of the time, sometimes enough. Rosie, however, left him often.

Sebastian smiled slightly as Tyger spoke. The man truly was intelligent, but he couldn't manage to sort out his thoughts. Maybe working with the Annulus Institute could lead to interesting developments in the field of mental stability, or even providing a way of leaving the virtual world once and for all. Whatever the case was, perhaps a solution to Tyger's problems were in sight, as far away as it might be.
The boy was understandably wordless now, seeing as little else had to be said. He made a brief wave as he turned around, leaving behind the father and daughter in the Blue Meadow.
He had to leave now, knowing that he had rested long enough. If he had stuck around any longer, he would be putting himself in jeopardy - he probably wouldn't even be capable of reaching his workshop to fill up on much-needed energy reserves.
Tired but hopeful for the future, the lightning claw was on the road once again.
