Much to Zero's surprise, the Beast immediately let go of her grip and jumped away as the Hollow lost hers, causing her to grab nothing but air with her attempted second grasp. Panting, her foe backed away, creating distance between the two of them. There was a quiet moment, the two fighters debating on what to do next.
The Hollow could tell that her foe was weakening, but she was too, despite the fact that she was also trying to hide it as best as she could behind her usual blank expression. This match was getting nearer to its end, and it was going to be close. Zero frowned determinedly, she didn't want to lose.
The Beast finally made a move, lunging in for a head on attack. Her claws were outstretched for her shoulders, and her fangs were gaping for her neck. The last thing she wanted was to take another bite, especially not to her throat. Focusing on that, she managed to lean her neck out to the left, missing the bite, but the motion caused her shoulders to lean even further towards the Beast, taking a full on hit there as her foes' claws stung and dug into what would've been her flesh. Crying out in pain, the Hollow instinctively tried to bring her arm around and deliver a punch to her face.

Sophia growled as her bite missed, but it was more than made up for when her claws dug deep into the other. She started to tear at the Hollows shoulders, splaying her claws out wide while they were still inside of her. A few moments of this, and a searing pain filled the side of her head as she was knocked away from the hollow. She was disoriented from the hit and was unable to correct herself as she spun to the ground bouncing and sliding along the ground. Her skid stopped near the spectators, who looked on in amazement, most of them still cheering. They loved how the fight was going. Sophia didn't move though. She was low on energy as it was, and the punch, plus the collision with the ground, left her immobile.
Her skin was pale, and she twitched every so often, showing that her energy was almost fully depleted. Her mouth moved, trying to speak, but no words came from it at first. "M... My... C... co... My... Coat..." She finally choked out, barely audible to the person she was directly under... Luckily, he heard it and ran to grab her coat, holding it down for her. Sophia weakly lifted an arm, and reached into a pocket. From it she pulled a chip, and broke it. It took a little effort to break it, but finally the telltale pop was heard. Her skin slowly returned to normal, but she stayed laying there, defeated. Her breathing was still off, and she still felt the pain, as she looked over at the Hollow. The hollow was probably still nearly at full energy, her face showed no signs of weakening. The hollows showed at least SOME different expressions. She chuckled to herself, she wouldn't be surprised if Zero was at full energy, with the crowd showing their emotions of Joy.

Even though the woman's claws were dug deep and painfully into her shoulder, the punch to the face hit, sending the Beast flying back. Panting, Zero quickly prepared for a counterattack, but this time the woman remained on the ground, pale and gasping for breath as she sputtered something to the attendant. He eventually brought her her coat, the woman reaching out and snapping a chip she'd been carrying in her pocket, taking the energy of a past victim.
The color returned to her skin, but her foe remained on the ground before slowly turning her gaze her way. The Beast was defeated. The match was over. Just a slight smile came to the Hollow's usually blank face as the crowd cheered. She was exhausted, too, but she'd made it, even without her weapons or skills. She looked down at the Beast. "You're a strong opponent. May I ask for your name?" She asked, wanting to know the name of the foe from the match she'd enjoyed so much.[/blockquote]
