Took pot shots at Viruses that strayed too far from the main swarm and threatened random innocents (or, perhaps, not-so-innocents) during the most recent crisis???
Check.
Helped escort aforementioned 'innocents' to safer locations at the behest of unnamed VDF NPCs???
Check.
Signed up to be part of this 'VDF' knowing little more than 'vigilantes against Viruses' about the organization???
Check.
Jessie: "So, uh... now what?"
Now that the swarm has stopped and things have calmed a little, Jessie has, so far, found himself left to his own devices. He's yet to come across anyone 'important' (read: PCs) involved with the VDF, but he figures that may be due simply to the recent chaos. With the only obvious sense of urgency being random appearances by Viruses or a sudden re-surging of the swarm, Jessie's generally laid-back disposition hasn't exactly sent him searching for other VDF members - he reckons that, if it's important, they'll find him. Further complicating the matter is his uncertainty as to a) the hierarchy of the VDF, b) how they 'usually' operate, and c) the fact that nobody bothered to tell him how to get in touch with anyone related to the organization in the first place.
So, the whole point of this blurb is: Jessie probably needs to meet some other VDF folks. =B To begin with, just to make acquaintances and such, but moving forward... there are missions that need tending to and Viruses that need shootin' right? =o
Currently, I think he's mostly just wandering around... which is what he is usually doing. I was thinking of having him show up in either the Skye or Ace open thread... and I would lean more towards Skye's thread than Ace's, because I'm not certain Jessie would go wandering into the Mountains, what with the Viruses still flitting about semi-close to the main populated areas.
