Hi and welcome to the board~ You have a very interesting character, and your app is for the most part fine, but there is one slight thing that needs to be taken care of before acceptance. Characters can only start out with two skills, and it seems he has four, so you'll need to drop two of them for the time being. There's nothing wrong with the skills themselves, and since some of them seem more minor than others, you might be able to combine them if you wished, as long as he only had a total of two. As soon as you change that, he'll be accepted~

It'd also be nice, though, if you could list at least one dislike in the 'get it away' section, but that's not completely necessary if you don't wish to.
