oakville, minnesota. a large city home to two highly competitive schools; west oakville high and east oakville high. each with their own marching band. marching bands that have been rivals since the second school was built in 2003. it is now 2011 and the competition between these two bands is extremely heated.
east oakville high has always been deemed the 'richer' school. they've beaten west in competition three years in a row. can west finally come out of the shadows? or is it another year where east triumphs?
the schools aren't too far from each other, and most of the cities' shops and such are shared by both schools. it wouldn't be very unusual to see a scuffle between east and west students.
west kids shouldn't be seen with an east kid. and vice versa. or you will be socially terminated. and shunned for the rest of your high school career.
are you ready? pick your school. pick your instrument.
or maybe you're just on the football team. because that's cool too. you don't have to be in band.
