She can do this in any area, even in places that normally only have one weather pattern like Everai or Blue Meadow, but the affect only lasts while she is in the vicinity. [/ul][/size]HISTORY: She was born to an average family as an only child. Her mother and father were very eager parents, and they took good care of their young, only daughter. She probably would've lived an all around comfortable life, but fate was cruel to them. While on a simple errand, the car carrying her and her parents was struck by a freight truck, resulting in a fiery crash that took away both of her parents. And not only that, it also took away her abilities to see and walk, leaving her blind and crippled.

Her life changed and damaged, she grew up in an orphanage for special needs children after that. It was a kind enough place, and they helped her get by, but her life was secluded and lonely, the blind girl growing up stuck in a wheel chair and without a real family. She didn't have anywhere else to go, and even after she turned 18, she ended up being allowed to stay a few more years out of necessity, even though she no longer belonged.

But when the conversion happened, everything changed. Her body transforming and no longer being made of damaged flesh and blood, she regained her ability to see and walk, and found herself at the start of a new life. She was overjoyed, feeling blessed. Vowing to never kill unless she had to, she decided to try and make the most of her new existence, deciding to help others do so too, and to make a name for herself with the second chance she'd been given. She doesn't like everything about the new world, but unlike many others, her greatest fear is things going back to how they were before, even if she knows that a bit selfish because the change caused many people to suffer. This is also partly why she tries to make this new world better for everyone. Because of this, she maintains as open and as helpful of attitude as she can.
