Quick little feet ran through the streets, each with a tired voice grasping for breath as she kept running trying to lose those tracking her down. The streets empty as waves of negative energy could be felt , the news of viruses infiltrating the area had spread rather quickly. Sara had been running for a long time now being pursued by Viruses. Not so long ago, she had been targeted by a couple of Viruses in Willow Woods, she was able to Defeat a few, however running low on energy - anymore usage of energy would mean her demise. The trackers were originally just two as the young hollow had killed many, but entering Valli meant more recruits as more Deadly viruses joined the original group.
The Hollow had entered a maze of small narrow lanes trying to ditch them. The game of cat and mouse went on for a while, when she was finally able to get away from them hiding behind a dumpster. The negative energy from the section of the village she stood seemed to fade - safe to come out now or so it seemed. Quickly calculating her present energy, she estimated the time left before she meet her end --Ten Hours....enough to find an easy meal she assumed. Catching a breath, Sara made her way out of the lanes easily now taking a good look around. Empty Winds blew...not a soul in sight, a frown appeared on the hollow's face as her victim may be harder to find .

Sofia ran through her the lanes and streets of the small village, shooting off bullets at any Virus that came within her sights in a messy noise of bangs and screeches. Several dissipated as if they'd never been there - apparently at least some of her shots had struck chips. The VDF had been making some progress near Defray, but Valli itself was still heavily infested. Valli and now Everai too...despite the progress, it seemed like things were growing more and more out of hand, as if they were just a few steps behind no matter how fast they ran. In the 8 years she'd been part of the organization, things had never been like this before. It frustrated the Claw to no end, the girl flicking her long, pronged tail angrily. She'd been sent here by the VDF higher ups to try and clear out what she could.
Still on high alert, she walked through the rest of the village, from the main street to side alleys, ready to shot at anything that moved. The distortion seemed to be thinner...in this part of the town, at least. She allowed herself a breath. As soon as she turned a corner, though, she caught sight of something. Startling, the girl instinctively held up her gun in its direction, her fingers on the trigger. Just before she let her attack fly, though, she realized that she was looking at a human figure. A young girl with blond hair...and from the look of her arm, she was a Hollow.
The rapid pulse of her chip, what would've been her heartbeat, slowly beginning to slow again, Sofia lowered her weapon, approaching the girl. She didn't recognize her from the VDF, was she a traveler? A villager? "What are you doing here? It's dangerous here, you know. This place is supposed to have been evacuated." She absently flicked her tail back and forth again, more out of restlessness and general unease than anything else.[/blockquote]

Sara still a bit breathless was hardly even in her consciousness. Usually alert in such areas, Sara wasn't put in such a condition for a long time or perhaps even never. The girl's legs felt heavy as she was dazed and weak, a state of mind not quite pleasant in her current location as the distortion still lingered. With a quick jerk of her head, she tried getting herself out of the nauseating sensation. It helped her snap out of it as she turned her head to an approaching figure. The figure was close enough to give a detailed description of a older brown hair female and most noticeably her pronged tail as it moved uneasily. Her gun lowered as she approached Sara.
As a caution defense, Sara's wired lower arm quickly pulled upwards attaching it to her upper arm as diminishing heat slowly passed through the network of wires. Not enough for Sara to use any powerful ability, but maybe just leave burns in contact if the female tried to attack. "What are you doing here? It's dangerous here, you know." Sara stared blankly at the Claw's face at these words. Though she was a Hollow ,she felt slight thoughts of irritation of her past as she had ran into a lot of Viruses here in Valli. If she was able to find a way out without being spotted, she would have already. And by the way the Claw question her, Sara assumed she might as well be a VDF member though not sure. They were always found in such areas were inhabitants were low.
"I was ch-...I was trapped by them into Valli" Sara replied calmly as she changes her words from chased to trapped. To show any weakness at the moment could be fatal as uncertainty remained whether she really was a VDF member or not. The claw did seem tired, however in better shape than she was. Trying to take her as a victim would be rather foolish

The girl's arm snapped together at her words, the Hollow going into a somewhat defensive stance as she passed Sofia a blank stare. Such a gaze wasn't unexpected from a Hollow. The Claw just kept her own gaze on her, waiting for a reply. She blinked as it finally came. So, she was trapped, then? She supposed that made some form of sense. She'd been slightly suspicious of the stranger at first, but it was easy enough to believe that she'd been unable to find a way out. As it was, it would be nearly impossible to get out without running into Viruses. The girl wasn't even sure if she'd be able to leave now without putting herself in danger if she wanted to. She needed to hunt down some of the Viruses first. But...
"Stick close to me, then. I'm Sofia Blakke, a VDF soldier. It's a part of our duty to protect civilians." She kept her tone as professional as ever, just as she'd been taught, but a slight hint of excitement entered it, too. Getting sent out by herself like this could get lonely. "Are you able to fight?" She asked. In a world like this, it was impossible to guess what level of power and ability each person had. She looked a bit worn out, but from the way the girl was still alive in this infested village, she guessed that she could hold her own.[/blockquote]
