Just before I start writing here, I want to remind myself - and you, the reader, who might find this book if I've left this world - that this is not a journal, nor a diary. It's research notes. This virtual world has had a profound effect on humanity in a bad way, and I've always wondered if the study of our experiences might give us a few clues as to why we act the way we do - disregarding the instinct to survive, that is. Perhaps if I write down my experiences and study them deeply, my insights might lead to great psychological discoveries which may or may not help us solve the energy crisis. ...at least, I hope so. Now I have to find something to write about... ...Rosemary. She's an interesting girl! She puts on this facade around her father, acting as if she's a cute, ignorant child. But then whenever something captures her interest, she seems to reveal her genius to the world around her. Is there a reason why that duality keeps itself separate? Can she not be daddy's little girl and the little genius at the same time? Daddy's little genius? ...Maybe I don't know the whole story. I haven't observed this quality enough to make a fair judgment. I'll write more later.
